No real customer data in the loop

Testzilla generates the tester side of every conversation. The AI tester speaks or types scenarios you define — greeting, booking, escalation, refund — against your agent. Because both sides are AI, you exercise the agent thoroughly without ever putting a real customer’s name, number, or details into a test run.

• Privacy by design. You do not need to mine production transcripts or replay real customer sessions to get coverage.
• Your IP stays private. The agent under test’s own system prompt is stored privately, never edited automatically, and never included in shared output. See Creating Channels.

Avoid vendor lock-in on your testing

Your tests are portable. Because Testzilla is vendor-neutral and drives your real agents on whichever provider hosts them, the suite you build is not tied to one provider’s testing tooling. If you add a provider or move an agent, the same scenarios still run — you are not locked into a single vendor’s way of testing.

Note

Testzilla connects to multiple providers and accounts at once — each integration uses its own API key, so you can test agents across several Retell/Vapi/ElevenLabs accounts side by side. What is fully portable today is your testing: the same suite runs across any provider and connection type. (Copying an agent’s configuration between providers or accounts via the Console is on the near-term roadmap.)
